The minimum age to work at MTBC is 14, these positions may include maintenance, dining hall, house keeping, and possibly barn staff.

In order to be considered for a position at Camp you need to:

1. Complete the online application form, or complete the paper version below and mail it back to the camp. Contact information is on the staff application.
2. You may be contacted for an interview
3. If accepted you must attend staff training.

Note that we require two references for new staff: A Pastor or Christian leader, as well as a teacher or employer. If you have been a staff for 3 years or longer only need a pastor or christian leader reference.

Have you been asked by an applicant to complete a reference for them? You can now complete the online form below. Once you enter the form you will have the option to select Pastor/Christian leader or Teacher/Employer as reference types.

If you are applying to work this summer, you can either:

• Provide a paper copy reference pre-filled with your name and signed for the reference to complete and send, available at the end of the paper application.
