Please be aware that most of our positions are volunteer, with the option of raising support and being involved with our fundraisers. These options will be discussed with you if invited for an interview.

Minimum age to work at MTBC is 14 years old. These positions would include, maintenance crew, dining hall, house keeping and possibly barn staff.

To be a cabin leader you must have previous experience working in a camp setting.

In order to be considered for a position at Camp you need to:

1. Complete the application form and mail or fax it back to the camp. Contact information is on the staff application.
2. Wait to be contacted for an interview.
3. If accepted you must attend staff training.
