DESCRIPTION:MTR’s first ever Dressage & XC Derby will be taking place on Saturday\, June 20th! Riders have the option of dressage only\, XC only\, or a combined derby with both dressage and cross country! There are a range of levels from Intro Dressage Test A (walk/trot) to 1st Level Dressage Test 1 for dressage\, and Green Cross Rails to Starter (EV60) for XC. Classes must be approved by coach.  \nBraids and white saddle pads are expected for dressage. Wild XC colours are welcome!

SUMMARY:Musical Horses
DESCRIPTION:A day camp option for active riders who want to put their skills into a musical performance! Riders will work together to choreograph and learn a mounted drill pattern to music. Campers will be able to spend the morning at the barn if they register for the half day (7:30 – 1:30)\, and if they register for the full day they get to take part in other camp activities in the afternoon with the other day campers (7:30 – 5:30).  For this camp to work\, campers must attend all 5 days\, there will NOT be a pick your day option like the other Day Camp. \nCampers should be comfortable turning in trot / jog to set up for success.\nCampers will need to bring a bagged lunch.  We will provide an afternoon snack for those attending the full day.\nPlease bring a water bottle\, long pants for riding\, shoes with a heel and helmet if you have one.  If you are staying the full day\, be sure to bring swim wear\, a change of clothes and money for the canteen.\nWe are only taking 8 campers so spots may go quickly.
